The Finnish AI Region (FAIR) and the AI Innovation hub of the Ulysseus European University will jointly organise a webinar on LLMs especially targeted for companies.

Come and be a part of our international “LLMs in Business” webinar on April 5th, 2024, from 11:00 to 13:00 Finnish time (10:00 – 12:00 Central European time). In this webinar, you’ll discover how Large Language Models (LLMs), the technique behind ChatGPT, wield the power to reshape the very fabric of business as we know it.

In addition to gaining insights into the technologies behind LLMs, you will be engaged in a thought-provoking discussion on how to integrate external knowledge into LLMs to overcome their fundamental limitations related to accuracy, specificity, recency, and authenticity. The speakers will also present selected use cases demonstrating the opportunities and barriers in adopting LLMs.

Speakers and topics of the Event:

PhD. Eugen Šlapak, Assistant Professor, Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia.
LLM applications beyond conventional chatbots: data processing, multimodal systems, iterative solution search.

      Ari Heljakka, CEO, RootSignals.
The many barriers between PoCs and reliable automation: Adopt LLM Metrics Now or Suffer Later.

Umair Khan, Senior Researcher, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
Precise knowledge access in businesses using Large Language Models

Timo Kaski, Research Area Director and CSO Ulysseus Innovation Hub, Haaga-Helia.
Introduction to FAIR EDIH and its offerings to European SMEs.

The webinar will be hosted by Dr. Lili Aunimo, Principal Lecturer at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Register to the event on our website at:
